The Survey

Personnel Dynamics Consulting has carefully designed the Best Places To Work survey to be measurable, objective and easy to complete.  Each participating company is questioned on 36 different areas of employment.  Unlike many other surveys, this survey is simple and easy to complete.  Average completion time is between 30 and 60 minutes. 

The Report

Each company participating in the survey receives a personalized report detailing the results.  Each report itemizes the information and compares that company's data with other employers in the community.  The information educates the employer on how their organization compares and makes suggestions on where the employer can improve.

The Awards

Personnel Dynamics Consulting calculates the responses to determine the winners.  The Best places To Work Awards are awarded to those organizations that receive the highest cumulative score in all of the weighted 36 categories of the survey.  Sponsors may recognize as many winners as they choose and create as many categories as they wish.  This is your program and we will customize to meet your needs while keeping the process easy for you.
